本產品采用具有優良潤滑性的醇與酸進行酯化反應，根據原材料的特性對酯化反應過程進行控制，使其生成兩種長碳鏈的強極性聚合物。同時具有良好的外潤滑性，與PVC相容性較好，能自動調節潤滑平衡、高效、環保、無毒的加工助劑。

This product is obtained by esterification action with good lubricity alcohol and acid. By control the action process according to the raw material features we create two kinds of long-carbon chain strong polarity polymer. It has good internal or external lubricating property, and good compatibility with PVC. It is a processing AIDs that can adjust the lubrication balance automatic, efficient, environmental and non-toxic.

A、 適應與鉛鹽，有機錫及鈣、鋅體系，提供出色的內外潤滑性能，具有良好的分散性，并具備前、中、后期滑性特點，使配方的加工寬度提高，提高生產效率，保持批次間的一致性。

In the lead, organic tin and Ca/Zn systems, this product has excellent internal or external lubricity and good dispersity. It has good lubricity either in period, medium-term and later stage process. It can expand the width of formulations process, improve the production efficiency, and maintain the consistency between batches.

B、 應用于PVC和聚烯烴的木質纖維復合物的潤滑體系，可提高木塑擠出的產品質量，改進外觀，改善物理性能，降低吸水性。

In PVC or polyolefin wood fiber composites lubrication system, this product can improve the quality andappearance of wood or plastic extrusions, enhance its physical properties, and reduce its hydroscopicity.

C、 可用為粉末涂料分散劑，具有良好的輔助流平作用，改善粉末涂料的流平，提高表面性能，使涂料具有更好的附著力，提高抗沖擊性能與抗劃傷性能。
